Frequently asked questions

Why do you want to buy my land?

Buying vacant land as an investment is what we do, and we focus on simple, direct purchases rather than development or construction.

What are you going to do with the land?

We are not developers, and we’re not planning changes to the property. Land is purchased as an investment and may be held long term or resold in the future.

Is this legitimate?

Yes. Transactions are completed through a licensed title company or real estate attorney in the county where the land is located, with proper documents, title work, and a formal closing just like any other real estate sale.

Can I choose the title company?

Absolutely.  If you have a preferred title company or attorney you’d like to work with, then please let us know.

Are there any fees?

No. We cover all normal closing costs, and the price on the purchase agreement is the exact amount you receive at closing. Any unusual issues are discussed upfront before moving forward.

Am I obligated to accept an offer?

No. There is no obligation to move forward unless the terms make sense and everything is agreed to in writing.

How long does closing take?

Most closings are completed within two to three weeks, depending on title work and property details. Some properties have certain challenges and may take a bit longer.

What if there are issues with the property?

That’s common with vacant land. Any issues are reviewed during due diligence, and if something unexpected comes up, options are discussed openly before moving forward.

I have a question that isn’t covered.

Please call or email anytime. Questions are welcome, and the process is always explained clearly and transparently.
