I’m personally involved in every transaction. I review the properties we consider purchasing, make the offers, speak with property owners, and stay involved through closing.
GNS Properties is intentionally a small, owner-operated business. I like it that way because I can work directly with each property owner.
Some property owners want to discuss the land, ask questions, and talk through the details. Others prefer to sign the purchase agreement, complete the closing, receive their money, and move on.
Either approach is completely fine.
My goal is to make the process easy for you.
